Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

Welcome to Repodify! By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Repodify.

1. What We Do

Repodify is a tool that allows you to curate, organize, and share podcast episodes from public RSS feeds into your own customized feeds. We do not host, re-host, or own the audio files. All audio content remains on the original creators' servers.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the feeds you create and share using Repodify. Please use common sense. Do not use our service to curate or distribute illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful content. If you violate this, we reserve the right to delete your account and your curated feeds without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

The podcasts and audio you link to belong to their respective creators. We don't claim ownership over their work. Repodify itself (the code, the design, the branding) belongs to us. Please don't steal it.

4. "As Is" / No Warranties

Repodify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are a small project, and while we strive to keep things running smoothly, we make no guarantees. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

If a podcast creator takes down their audio, it will break in your feed too. We have no control over this and are not responsible for broken links.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repodify and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
  • Any content obtained from the service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In short: if something goes horribly wrong, data gets lost, or the site goes down, we aren't liable for any damages or losses you experience.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. If we make significant changes, we will try to let you know, but your continued use of Repodify means you accept the new terms.
